Sensei Mike has been training and teaching karate since 1983. He is a 6th degree Black Belt, Canada ISKF Instructor and official judge. He is also a Certified Karate BC Instructor and judge. Sensei Mike was the founder and Chief Instructor of the Vernon Shotokan Karate club for 24 years. His passion for karate can be seen by the success of his students. Many have gone on to place at Provincial and National events and many have achieved the Black Belt level.
